Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are usually dispatched approximately 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS, GLS or Correos, with tracking and signature delivery, depending on your destination. Whichever shipping option you choose, you will have a link to track your package online.
Shipments within Spain are free for orders over €50. Shipments to Europe are free for orders over €100.
If your package arrives damaged, please inform the carrier immediately and file a claim, otherwise the carrier will not be responsible for any damage to the goods.
The shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as the cost of transport to your home address. The rates are fixed, while transport rates vary according to the total weight and destination of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders if they have been placed separately, and shipping rates will apply to each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk and you assume the risk, see our special rates including insurance, we take special care in packing fragile items and the packages are suitable to arrive at their destination without incident.
The boxes are specially made to keep the product intact and your items are very well protected.
